Museums in Berlin

Alte Nationalgalerie

Alte Nationalgalerie is located on the museum island - Museumsinsel - in Berlin. The museum has been through a substantial renovation, and was reopened in 2001 as the first one of the museums on the museum island.

Berlin Wall Museum

German Historical Museum

The German Historical Museum was opened by former Chancellor of Germany Helmut Kohl and the mayor of Berlin, Eberhard Diepgen on 750th anniversary of the founding of Berlin. The museum is located in the Zeughaus, which is the oldest building in the street Under den Linden.
